1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Toppers11, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Toppers11 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

2 Platform Access & Description

Toppers11 is an online mock test platform designed exclusively for Income Tax Department employees preparing for the Income Tax Departmental Promotion Examinations — MS (Ministerial Staff / UDC), ITI (Income Tax Inspector), and ITO (Income Tax Officer) — as governed by the CBDT Departmental Examination Rules 2009 (as amended).

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the platform at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

3 User Accounts

To access most features of Toppers11, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate.
• Keep your password confidential and not share it with any third party.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

Each account is for the sole use of the registered individual. You may not create accounts on behalf of others or use another person's account without their explicit permission.

4 Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use Toppers11 solely for your personal, non-commercial exam preparation purposes. This licence does not include:

• Any resale or commercial use of the platform or its content.
• Downloading, copying, or redistribution of test content, questions, or explanations.
• Systematic extraction of data through scraping, automated tools, or bots.
• Modifying, adapting, or creating derivative works based on our content.

5 Prohibited Conduct

You must not use Toppers11 in any manner that:

• Shares test content: Screenshots, recordings, transcriptions, or any reproduction of questions, answer options, or explanations — whether on social media, messaging apps, or elsewhere.
• Circumvents security: Attempts to bypass login restrictions, access other users' accounts, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
• Impersonates: Misrepresents your identity or affiliation during registration or use of the platform.
• Disrupts service: Uploads malware, conducts denial-of-service attacks, or otherwise interferes with platform operations.
• Violates law: Uses the platform in a manner contrary to any applicable Indian law or regulation.
• Commercial exploitation: Uses Toppers11 content to provide coaching, tuition, or any paid services to third parties.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension or termination, at our sole discretion, without refund.

6 Subscriptions & Payments

Toppers11 offers the following paid subscription options:

• Individual Paper: ₹355 per paper, valid for one calendar year from date of purchase.
• Complete Bunch: ₹955 per exam category (all 4 papers), valid for one calendar year from date of purchase.

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI DSS-compliant payment gateway. By making a purchase, you authorise the applicable charge to your chosen payment method.

Subscriptions are non-auto-renewing. Your access expires at the end of the subscription period. There are no hidden charges. All applicable taxes, if any, are included in the displayed price.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on Toppers11 — including but not limited to questions, answer explanations, syllabus materials, graphics, logos, design elements, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of Toppers11 or its licensors, and is protected under applicable Indian copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on this platform without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of our content will be subject to legal action.

8 Disclaimers

The Toppers11 platform and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

• We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
• We do not guarantee that any particular score on our mock tests will translate to success in the actual departmental exam.
• Question content is prepared to the best of our knowledge and may be updated as official syllabi change. We are not responsible for discrepancies arising from last-minute official exam changes.
• Toppers11 is not affiliated with the Income Tax Department of India, CBDT, or any government body.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Toppers11 and its founders, team members, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of — or inability to use — the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount paid by you to Toppers11 in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Sharing of account credentials or test content.
• Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation.
• Conduct that is harmful to other users or to the platform.

Upon termination, your access to purchased content will cease immediately. Refunds will only be considered in accordance with our Refund Policy. Accounts terminated for violations are not eligible for refunds.

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.

11 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Toppers11 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.

Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting Toppers11 support. We will respond within 10 working days and make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter amicably.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be effective from the date posted on this page, indicated by the "Last Updated" date. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or a platform announcement. Your continued use of Toppers11 following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
