India's only mock test platform designed exclusively for the Income Tax Departmental Promotion Examinations — MS (UDC), ITI (Inspector) and ITO (Officer) — aligned to the official CBDT syllabus.
Every year, thousands of dedicated Income Tax Department employees appear for their departmental promotion examinations — MS, ITI and ITO. Yet for years, there was no dedicated online platform offering a realistic, paper-pattern mock test experience aligned to the CBDT-prescribed syllabus. Toppers11 was created to fill that gap.
Every question bank and test series is built on the official Departmental Examination Rules, 2026 syllabus — no generic content, no filler. What you practice is exactly what appears in the exam.
Our test player replicates the Online Mode exam interface — section-wise navigation, colour-coded question palette, mark-for-review, negative marking (1/8th) — so exam day feels familiar, not foreign.
Our 2,000+ question bank is curated from previous years' papers (2009–2025) and enhanced with AI-generated practice questions — covering every chapter, every weightage band across all exams.
Built by Income Tax professionals who have gone through the same examinations. We know the pain points — the service rule nuances, procedural questions, the allied law traps — and our tests reflect that insight.
Our test series covers every paper of the MS (UDC), ITI (Inspector) and ITO (Officer) exams as per the Departmental Examination Rules, 2026, effective from the 2026 Examination onwards — now 5 papers per exam.
As per CBDT/HRD Directorate Notification dated 05.06.2026 (F. No. DE/Notification/ITO/ITI/MS/2026/ADG), the following schedule has been announced for the MS, ITO and ITI Departmental Examinations 2026, held under the new Departmental Examination Rules, 2026.
Exam held in Online Mode (subjective papers — ITO Paper-IV, ITI Paper-V and MS Paper-V — recorded in physical answer booklets). Applications to be submitted online at www.incometaxindia.gov.in.
MS Examination is held separately from 28 Sep–01 Oct 2026, one paper per day (10:30 AM–12:30 PM), with MS Paper-V (Rajbhasha Hindi) at 2:30–4:30 PM on 01 Oct.
